This is a very popular dwarf green with spoon-shaped petioles topped with dark green leaves. A culinary favourite braised, sautéed or used in stir fries and soups.
How to Grow
Best planted directly outside in mid-spring. Baby Pak Choi does best in a sunny site with moist, rich soil. Sow seed 6 mm (1/4″) deep and 2.5 cm (1″) apart in the row with the rows 45 cm (18″) apart. Thin to 30 cm (12″) apart.
