Wild Roquette Arugula Seeds (Aimers International) 2705. Heirloom Vegetable. Variety originated in Italy. Plant produces deeply lobed leaves that have a pungent odour and sharp bite. Often considered to be an herb because of the intense peppery bite. Best used in mixed salads as well slow cooking dishes such as sauces, stews and soups. Matures in 35-50 days.
How to Grow
Sow seed direct in a sunny spot every two weeks during spring as long as weather remains cool. Sow again in early September for a fall crop. Germination occurs in 5-10 days.

COMMENTS: Best growth occurs in cool weather. Bolts to seed in hot weather. Great kitchen garden container plant.
