Plant Care Instructions

• Light: Prefers bright, indirect light to encourage healthy growth and flowering. Gentle morning sun can be beneficial, but protect the foliage from intense afternoon sunlight.
• Water: Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil feels dry. Keep the soil moderately moist during active growth while allowing excess water to drain freely; avoid prolonged soggy conditions.
• Soil: Use a light, well-draining potting mix rich in organic matter. Adding perlite or orchid bark can improve drainage and root aeration.
• Humidity: Appreciates moderate to high humidity. Keep away from excessively dry air and provide good air circulation around the foliage.
• Temperature: Thrives at approximately 18–27°C. Protect from cold drafts, sudden temperature changes, and temperatures below approximately 13°C.
• Fertilizer: Feed every 2–4 weeks during spring and summer with a diluted balanced or bloom-supporting houseplant fertilizer. Reduce feeding during periods of slower winter growth.
• Maintenance: Rotate the hanging basket periodically to encourage balanced growth and remove yellowing leaves or spent flowers as needed.
• Pruning: Pinch or trim trailing stems after flowering or when they become leggy. Regular light pruning encourages branching and helps maintain a dense, full appearance.
• Repotting: Repot every 1–2 years or when roots become crowded. Move into a container only slightly larger than the existing pot and ensure adequate drainage.
