Monstera Golden Compact – 6"

A lush tropical houseplant loved for its vibrant foliage and compact growth habit. Monstera Golden Compact brings fresh green to golden-green tones and the unmistakable tropical character of Monstera foliage to indoor spaces without requiring an oversized footprint. As the plant matures under favorable conditions, its leaves can develop increasingly dramatic shapes and natural fenestrations, making it an attractive statement plant for bright living rooms, offices, shelves, and plant displays.

Key Features

  • Lush tropical foliage with fresh green to golden-green coloration
  • Compact growth habit well suited to indoor containers and smaller spaces
  • Maturing foliage can develop characteristic Monstera splits and fenestrations
  • Bold leaves create an instant tropical accent in homes and offices
  • Easy-care growth makes it an appealing choice for both new and experienced plant owners

Plant Care Instructions

  • Light: Prefers bright, indirect light for healthy growth and attractive coloration. Avoid prolonged harsh direct sunlight, which can scorch the foliage.
  • Water: Water when the top 3–5 cm of soil feels dry. Water thoroughly and allow excess moisture to drain; avoid leaving the roots in constantly soggy soil.
  • Soil: Use a loose, nutrient-rich and well-draining aroid potting mix containing materials such as potting soil, orchid bark, and perlite.
  • Humidity: Thrives in moderate to higher humidity but generally adapts to average household conditions. Good air circulation is beneficial.
  • Temperature: Prefers warm conditions between approximately 18–29°C. Protect from cold drafts and prolonged temperatures below 13°C.
  • Fertilizer: Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer with a balanced houseplant fertilizer diluted according to label directions. Reduce feeding during slower winter growth.
  • Maintenance: Wipe the broad leaves periodically with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust. Rotate the plant occasionally to encourage balanced growth.
  • Pruning: Remove yellowing or damaged leaves as needed and trim overly long growth to maintain the desired shape.
  • Repotting: Repot every 1–2 years or when roots become crowded, using a slightly larger container with adequate drainage.

Note: Plant pot may vary in design from the product image. Most plants come in a one-time-use plastic grower pot.
