Plant Care Instructions

• Light: Most succulents prefer very bright light and may benefit from several hours of gentle direct sunlight. Introduce stronger sun gradually to prevent scorching.
• Water: Allow the soil to dry thoroughly between waterings, then water deeply and let excess moisture drain completely. Avoid frequent watering or leaving the plant in standing water.
• Soil: Use a fast-draining cactus or succulent potting mix. Additional perlite or pumice can improve drainage and root aeration.
• Humidity: Prefers average to lower household humidity with good air circulation. Avoid excessively humid, poorly ventilated conditions.
• Temperature: Most common indoor succulents grow well at approximately 18–27°C. Protect from frost and prolonged exposure to cold temperatures.
• Fertilizer: Feed lightly every 6–8 weeks during spring and summer with a cactus or succulent fertilizer diluted according to label directions. Avoid over-fertilizing.
• Maintenance: Remove dried lower leaves and keep the foliage and soil surface free of debris. Rotate periodically to encourage balanced growth and prevent leaning toward the light.
• Pruning: Minimal pruning is generally required. Remove damaged or declining growth with clean tools and trim stretched growth when necessary.
• Repotting: Repot every 1–2 years or when roots become crowded, using a container with excellent drainage and fresh succulent potting mix.
