Multiple Layers of Strength
Tuffy toys are constructed using three layers of material:

• One layer of soft fleece
• One layer of industrial-grade luggage material
• One layer of plastic coating at the center

These layers are sewn together to create a single, ultra-durable "Tuff" layer for long-lasting play.

Reinforced Stitching
Unlike standard dog toys, which often rely on a single seam, Tuffy toys are sewn multiple times. Webbing is stitched around the toy’s edges and then reinforced with additional stitching to ensure maximum strength.

Built-In Squeaker Safety Pockets
Each squeaker is securely sewn into a safety pouch to reduce the risk of damage or accidental access, offering added protection during rough play.
