Plant Care Instructions

• Light: Prefers bright, indirect light for strong growth and attractive foliage development. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.
• Water: Keep the growing medium moderately moist while allowing the top 2–4 cm to dry slightly between waterings. Water thoroughly and allow excess moisture to drain completely.
• Soil: Use a chunky, airy, well-draining aroid mix containing materials such as orchid bark, perlite, coco coir, and quality potting mix. Good root aeration is especially important.
• Humidity: Thrives in moderate to high humidity, ideally around 60–80%, combined with good air circulation.
• Temperature: Prefers warm conditions of approximately 18–28°C. Protect from cold drafts and prolonged temperatures below 15°C.
• Fertilizer: Feed every 4–6 weeks during active growth with a balanced liquid houseplant or aroid fertilizer diluted according to label directions. Reduce feeding during slower growth.
• Maintenance: Gently wipe the textured foliage with a soft, damp cloth when necessary and provide adequate space around developing leaves. Maintain good airflow without exposing the plant to strong drafts.
• Pruning: Remove yellowing, damaged, or declining foliage near the base using clean tools. Extensive pruning is generally unnecessary.
• Repotting: Repot every 1–2 years or when roots become crowded, using a slightly larger container with excellent drainage and a fresh, airy aroid mix.
