Plant Care Instructions

• Light: Prefers bright to medium indirect light. Avoid intense direct sunlight, which can scorch or dry the delicate fronds.
• Water: Keep the soil consistently and evenly moist without allowing it to become waterlogged. Water when the surface begins to feel slightly dry and avoid letting the root ball dry out completely.
• Soil: Use a rich, moisture-retentive but well-draining indoor potting mix. Good drainage is important for maintaining healthy roots.
• Humidity: Thrives in moderate to high humidity. A humidifier or naturally humid room can help keep the fronds lush and reduce crispy brown tips.
• Temperature: Prefers temperatures between approximately 16–24°C. Protect from cold drafts, heating vents, air conditioners, and sudden temperature changes.
• Fertilizer: Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer with a balanced houseplant fertilizer diluted to reduced strength. Reduce feeding during fall and winter.
• Maintenance: Maintain consistent moisture and humidity, remove dry fronds regularly, and rotate the plant periodically to encourage balanced, even growth.
• Pruning: Trim yellow, brown, or damaged fronds near the base using clean scissors. Older foliage can be removed periodically to encourage a fresh, tidy appearance.
• Repotting: Repot every 1–2 years or when roots become crowded. Move into a container slightly larger than the current pot and refresh with a rich, well-draining potting mix.
