What you need to know to Plant & Grow

• Sowing: Sow successive crops every two weeks from April to early summer, as long as the weather is cool. Lay out the 2-metre seed tape in a sunny site with well-drained soil and cover with 3 mm of soil. Space rows 45 cm apart.
• Planting: Thin out seedlings to 10 cm apart. The thinnings can be used as baby greens.
• Care: Keep plants evenly watered for the most succulent lettuce. Late summer crops can also be attempted.
• Germination: Germination occurs in 7-10 days, with a delightfully quick harvest in 45 days from germination.
