Plant Care Instructions
- Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Gentle morning sunlight can be beneficial, but avoid prolonged intense afternoon sun, especially behind hot glass.
- Water: Soak the plant thoroughly in room-temperature water approximately once a week for 20–30 minutes. After soaking, gently shake away excess water and place the plant upside down or at an angle until completely dry. Adjust watering frequency according to indoor humidity and airflow.
- Soil: No soil is required. Tillandsia naturally absorbs water and nutrients through specialized structures on its leaves.
- Humidity: Appreciates moderate humidity combined with excellent air circulation. In particularly dry environments, additional light misting between regular soakings may be beneficial.
- Temperature: Thrives in approximately 15–27°C. Protect from frost, cold drafts, and extreme heat.
- Fertilizer: Feed approximately once a month during active growth with a bromeliad or air-plant fertilizer diluted according to its directions. Avoid overfertilizing.
- Maintenance: Good airflow is essential. Always allow the plant to dry completely within several hours after watering and avoid leaving standing water trapped between the leaves.
- Pruning: Minimal pruning is required. Carefully remove fully dried leaves as needed and trim spent flower stalks after blooming.
- Repotting: Repotting is not required because air plants do not grow in soil. They can be repositioned into different open, well-ventilated displays whenever desired.
Note: This product may include assorted Tillandsia varieties. Plant size, shape, foliage texture, coloration, and bloom stage may vary naturally from the product image. Decorative containers, holders, or display accessories are not guaranteed unless specifically stated and may vary in design.
