Slow Cooked Beef Barbacoa Tacos
1.4 Kg beef chuck roast,large cubed. 1 medium onion, thick sliced. ½ bottle WD Barbacoa Sauce. In a slow cooker sear beef on all sides in 2TBS oil. Add onion, sauce and ½ cup beer or water.
For perfectly seasoned taco beef, brown 454g ground beef and 1 diced onion in a pan over med-high heat. Add half a bottle of this sauce and simmer for 5 min. Serve in tacos, burritos and nachos.
